Comments (4)Unfortunately, my computer isn't capable of playing any audio or hardly any video, so I have to go to a neighbor's and borrow his computer to watch youtube videos which really limits what I can learn that way. I know there's a lot I could learn on youtube, though. Then again, nothing's like being there in person. Thanks for the suggestion of Century Orchards. I'm definitely familiar with that orchard/nursery, but I hadn't thought of it in this context. That's a good idea, certainly worth asking. Comments (16)Honestly, I don't understand the Charlotte-bashing that has become such a popular hobby these days. Especially not coming from a place like Union County, which seems to be living on the reputation it had 30 years ago. Unfortunately, in 2006 it's exurbia-on-steroids. Fastest growing county in North Carolina, meaning developments are popping up faster than toadstools and the infrastructure is strained to the point of collapse. Last time I was down there (having driven no faster than 15 mph in the gridlock on Highway 16) I drove past a dead deer carcass lying at the edge of a Target Superstore under construction, in the middle of what used to be fields and forests, and that kind of summed the place up for me. Charlotte will be a good fit for you if you need culture in your life (excellent opera, symphony, ballet company, several theatres) some actual gourmet and/or ethnic food now and then (we are not talking Macaroni Grill, ok?), and the hustle and bustle of lots of different kinds of people. Best of all, the city is well-known for its beautiful gardens, and there are many gardening groups and public gardens to become involved with and learn with. You should check it out....See MoreUnion County NC sq ft costs
Comments (10)I live in a very low cost area of the country, probably lower than NC even. Mississippi. A true upper end custom home but not a robber baron mansion (no gilt chandeliers or solid blocks of marble carved into tubs) will easily run $175-200+ a square foot. You can do a decent semi-rural mid grade custom home for $130-150 or more urban for 140-175. You can get the price down even further by choosing a simpler plan that the builder has done before and just keeping the finish level high. You can do a lower mid grade home with a simple plan and moderate finishes all day long for $100 a square foot. However, you can usually buy something existing at that level for under $75. You can even do a budget tract home in a subdivision or mobile home that is pretty nice for $50 and just put it on your own land....See MoreAnyone familiar with this manufacturer.....

You would need to contact them so we can properly get resolve your issues with the furniture. Best Regards, Glendon Mabe Human Resources/Purchasing Director Lancer Inc. 135 Lancer Drive Star, NC 27356 O: 910.428.2181 C: 336.267.0229 I have replied right 2/7/23 with pictures of my 6000.00 receipt. No Reply My follow up EMAIL 1 Please contact me to discuss our options. There are many defects with this sectional-including the build, (one piece is shorter than the others), the support, the cushions (they are sagging and creases already), and the corners cave in. It is so uncomfortable. I need these issues addressed. Patti at the store has ordered more stuffing and has scheduled to come out on her own time to try to assist. Ian was here and totally dismissed us as idiots, told us there would be a charge for him to come out if the cushions were on wrong. He came out the cushions were on right. We tried to tell him our complaints and he just insisted over and over that this is what we ordered.Sincerely, Patricia No Reply I called him, he said he would speak with the story and call me back. No Call back Email 2 2nd attempt . Please see previous email. Patricia Email 3: Hello Mr Mabe, I have not received a follow up email regarding my complaint about the Lancer Sectional that I purchased from one of your retailers. My number is 585 …….
