Walnut seedling growing in azalea-is it going to kill it?

I just discovered a walnut seedling(1ft tall) growing in one of my azaleas so I attempted to pull it out with the nut in the bottom included but it just snapped without the nut. So the nut will remain in the soil unless I dig extensively which is not a good idea for a shallow rooted azalea. Will the nut that will stay in there kill my azalea eventually? Even if it decomposes it’ll still have juglone in it. My azalea was planted 3 years ago
