Comments (3)Hmmm....it's definitely not an avocado as those have singular leaves instead of a leaf made up of multiple leaflets like your tree has. It really looks like a young specimen of one of the ash trees to me. There are lots of types that are grown around here, Shamel ash being one of the most popular, but there are others too like Arizona ash (Fraxinus velutina). Maybe google for that one and let us know what you think? I'm sure others will chime in too as they catch up from Thanksgiving. Below is a link to the entry for Arizona ash on the Desert Tropicals website. Happy gardening! Comments (7)I don't see any grafting. Sorry my pic are taken in the house, I got lazy. :( Thanks for the comments! Arbordave-after looking up pics of the Little Twist, this looks exactly right! Ken-The tag said it was a weeping cherry tree, but the associate said it would only get 5-6' (which seems in line with the Little Twist). We spaced accordingly, but now I'm not sure what was correct. I do think the pics make it appear closer to the house than it is, I will get a better pic tomorrow. However, if you think it really will get very big and I will need to move it, let me know. This would be the time to do it instead of down the road....See More- Dillybeansown (6b in the Ozarks) thanked ViburnumValley central KY Bluegrass z6
