Clean your stone, paint the rectangles under the windows the same color as the garage door, repave your driveway, and beef up your landscaping. I don't think stained wood slats are needed.

I think your home’s colors are attractive. I would focus on replacing the driveway and adding a concrete area to expand the area outside your front door. I like the circular addition of the flowerbed. I would connect the driveway to a circular patio area where you could add a colorful big pot of plants and paint the front door the color of the pot. I like it when the colors outside are the colors of accents inside so there is a flow from exterior to interior.

I would get the concrete driveway cleaned and patched. It is very expensive to replace. Hide the trash cans behind fencing. Then focus on landscaping.

Add a curver triangle or evergreen and flowering bushes with annuals by the sidewalk and driveway. Add more at the start of the path to the door and some by the foundation. Add an ornamental tree in the yard.

I would not paint the stone. Paint the siding and trim and the garage doors a light neutral color in the stone... choose the darkest tone in the stone. Create a new walking path to the front door and add native plants for low maintenance. Paint the front door a pleasing color you love... an Aqua? SW Rain?

BM Navajo White plantings will make all the difference.

I'd remove shrubs from right and remove semi-circle garden from left. I like modern house with stark landscape (take the grass up to the foundation). Siding painted in a color from the stone. I would start from pressure washer driveway. Lights on side of garage door, modern numbers by the front door. Remove garbage cans. Some nice plants for your area along the driveway with border. Siding painted with cedar/wood or charcoal as garage color.
