Yes, and now it is even worse. It was bad enough when the advert on the top of the forums list page would resize itself. I always ended up trying to hit the rose forum link at the top and would instead end up in the bromeliads forum below, where the page would throw me. As of early this morning, the damn top ad resizes on EVERY thread page, which is completely absurd and off putting. I realized this this morning and almost posted my disgust about it but felt I shouldn't really shout about it here on the rose forum. But since you brought it up� :)! I am glad someone did. I hated the resizing ad before, I REALLY hate it now! I almost died when I read the ad on the forum thread pages, which was for a special Earth Day MONTH of specials at target! All I could think was "This is going to last a MONTH, with the crappy ad!!?!" I see just now when I opened a new forum thread page that it did not resize. You think enough people complained to GardenWeb already?

You can also log in using this url - http://www.gardenweb.com/auth/login.htm" So, assuming that you cleared cookies and restarted your browser, and you gave a detailed description of your issue when you contacted them, and that you have tried as suggested to log in from the link at the very top of the page and from http://www.gardenweb.com/auth/login.htm , I'd suggest contacting them again, with the info requested, and note in the subject line something like "Logging In-second report". I'm not having log-in issues, but am having Profile issues,which I have reported and they are working on. I'm sure that is taking a back seat though to those who are still having "log in" issues.

I emailed the GardenWeb staff about this problem and this is what they emailed me back to do: You should be able to opt-out of the in-line texts by following these instructions: 1. When you're on a GardenWeb page, hover your cursor on the double-underlined word, but don't click it. You will see an advertisement open in a pop-up box. 2. In the upper-left corner of the box, click the 'V' logo. A new browser window will open the Vibrant in-text advertising page. 3. Scroll partially down this page, and click the 'Disable' tab. Click 'Click here to disable.' The page should update to now say 'Click here to enable.' 4. Close the Vibrant in-text advertising browser window, then once you refresh your main browser window the Vibrant in-text advertising should disappear. I hope this helps! Sincerely, GardenWeb Staff
