Help us pick a kitchen paint color please!
Comments (3)If you have some ideas, I recommend getting small samples and painting a large swath of paint on the wall near the cabinets & counter so we can see how they look together. Comments (10)I think you're going to see a trend here -- the third one and the last two, which have a similar arrangement. The difference is in the appliances, and you know what you really need and will use and what is buying extra toys that won't get played with. I probably favor the third one for that reason, but I think your prep sink would be better placed on the side of the island facing the range and closer tot he fridge unless you intend to use it as a bar sink and not a prep sink and don't want a prep sink. But in that case, I'd be looking at a wine cooler, beverage fridge and/or ice maker down at that end of the kitchen rather than a second cooktop and ovens. I think you have zeroed in on a general arrangement, but think about what appliances you really need and will use enough to not only pay for the appliances but also dedicate the space to them even when they are not in use....See MoreNeed help picking 3-4 bar stools for kitchen

The loom chairs I picked have the natural texture, the warm wood and the more natural 'gray' tones. That's why I chose those The warm leather options, I chose those because the leather was a nice contrast to your cabinet color, and pulled out the warm tones from the wood flooring. Compare the gray chairs you got w/the metal legs and cooler gray fabric. That's why it doesn't look right to you. I just really like the looks of these you could always choose a lighter rope color. doesn't have to be gray I really like these too because of the wood leg color, and the textured seat portion. along w/the natural colors. It's not gray, and doesn't have to be gray. but it works. Sullivan-Williams/Sonoma these are no less studier than the ones you just bought Or, what do you think about one like this? the warm wood matches your flooring, and the natural colors of the seat work w/your other elements (McGee and Company Ava Seagrass stool most of these would also work.
