Paint it all one color despite the different sidings. Remove shutters and add picture framing around windows and the same to the front door. Definitely the house needs larger and more stylized support columns...I like these in photo... a touch of craftsman, but softened a bit.

Currently the high contrast brown is not flattering, so definitely use your paint scheme and steer away contrast. Bulk up your columns, and maybe consider a light scheme, especially light color on the garage and front door.

Paint will go a long way. The mint green doesn't go with the brown trim or shutters. It's okay with the gray foundation, although a darker color would be better. . For the cheapest, quickest option, paint the trim white and the shutters a forest green that does with the mint and put in some foundation shrubs. Include at least a few broad-leaf, flowering evergreens (Rhodos, azaleas, mt. laurel).

You need good landscaping much more than paint! As for Paint, Kazzh is correct, the high contrast with the roof would read better with a paint that has less contrast. The same with the garage door.
