Comments (13)Rozanna, I think we are all interested, so share the web address? "Evelyn" by Crabtree and Evelyn is one of my favorite scents, and since it is not a heavy one I wear it to work alot. There was a rose colone about 20 or 25 years ago that was wonderful, made by Yardley, had a very fresh green tang to it, frosted glass bottle and pink plastic lid, and I can't remember the name of the stuff. If I could ever find it, I would buy a gallon of it, it was very true rose scented and very inexpensive. You know what else I remember loving a long time ago? Most of the Gardenia scented colones/perfumes just smell like soap- none of them seem to smell like the real thing. Back in the 70's, if you can believe this (and I know it sounds unbelievable, but) AVON used to make a gardenia sachet that smelled exactly like the growing living blooms! I sure miss that fragrance, they quit making it long, long ago!...See MoreI don't usually swear but #$%^ and %^&&
Comments (14)Type K thermalcouple probe is made generally using nickel and chromium bi-metal. It is rust-proof and heat-proof. The problem mostly is not related to the probe. There is most likely internal calibration logic built in to maintain a +- 1 degree accuracy in temperature readings. The fact that you are getting a 1771 degree reading leads me to believe that there are two possible causes: 1. The LCD display has been damaged as I stated in my previous post. 2. There is moisture which leaks a small amount of current to the LCD causing it to display odd numbers. LCD requires extreme small amount of current to display. Hopefully it is not #1. You may swear somemore if thatâÂÂs the case. dcarch...See MoreI'm confused - and don't say 'as usual'!!
Comments (5)Linda, Spike (originator of the GardenWeb and ThatHomeSite), gave us the gallery why back when on-line photo-storage sites were few and far between. On the gallery forum, it is possible to upload a photo directly from your hard drive. It used to be for more active, but many of us find it easier to use a hosting site like Photobucket. It's absolutely OK to use whichever method you prefer....See MoreI don't usually like garden gnomes, but...
