Rubus idaeus or wineberry?

Saw this at my local nursery sold as rubus idaeus ’heritage’. It looks like rubus phoenicolasius-wineberry to me. Can someone confirm? And if so why would the growers do this? I would have thought the people in the nursery would notice too.
