Anyone grown Blue Sage 'Salvia Farinacea' ?
Comments (7)I grow it. It winters over just fine. Dies back to the ground, but then emerges in spring. It also reseeds, but is not invasive in its reseeding. Mine looks best later in the summer than it does in spring. In spring, it is rather pale blue. By midsummer it is taller, stronger and the bloom stalks are longer and a deeper blue. It has a grape-like fragrance like grape bubble gum. Mine grows much taller and wider than the descriptions about it state. I love it. ~Annie...See MoreHAVE: Mature 11 eyed Guacamole for decent sized Fragrant Blue

Comments (1)I have a mature All Summer Beauty- it's between 4 and 5 feet high, and 5-6 feet wide. I suppose 'Summer Beauty' could be a different cultivar, since there are so many out there, but I'm going to guess it's the same thing. Hope that helps! Best bet for a small rebloomer is probably Mini Penny, if you can find one... Good luck!...See MoreHAVE: Blue, Red salvias, rock rose and other plants
Comments (14)Yes, due to the rain it was canceled, hopefully next weekend will be good for digging. I wish more people was interested for some plants cause I have a lot of babies popping up. I also have some Brazilian Rock Rose these are great for container planting too, I had mine in a container the first year and the over wintered in the pots outside just fine. So if you know of anyone else looking for some plants you can dig up extras....See Moresah67 (zone 5b - NY)
