First is crassula cv. gollum some calls it cv. hobbit but I think hobbit is different... but as most the web pictures are wrong labeled because it seems any lord of the rings character name do well... it's hard to tell Second one you may find it as crassula portulacea or crassula ovata. I would say portulaceae Third (veeeeery beautiful) and fifth might be some sort of sedum or sedeveria (hybrids between sedum and echeveria) it would be really hard to get a correct id... Fourth is an haworthia, even harder to tell an exact species... take a look at www.haworthia.com Paul.

Thank you seemoney!! I will repot this thingy and put it by itself in a dryer, lighted area place. I had to laugh, is Siberia zone 2b as well? LOL..I am actually in Northern, Saskatchewan, Canada. Our winters get to about -45 Celsius for 8 months a year. Growing season starts in the end of May and goes to august..sometimes u can have plants still growing by september but not often. It's a hell hole living here for plant fanatics like me. I have all my plants in the house, taking over my living room!!! Oh, and 2 sets of metal hallides that I use all year round even in the summer..It's a horrible place to live..but hey..it's home.

#2 looks like jade - Crassula ovata, that needs some help. I think I see some water in saucer below it? (I am talking about pic/plant #2, not the original one). Not sure, but if yes, that water needs to be disposed off. Mix that succulents are potted in needs to dry out between watering. Leaving excess water in the saucer will just keep soil too wet for too long. Especially if it is water-retaining. Your soil should not stick to perlite so much - either there is too much peat in the soil you used, and/or something is too wet. Sorry for repeating myself - I said same in your other post. But it is important to make sure of good drainage = both soil and container. Use wooden stick-dowel with sharpened end-chopstick to check soil deep inside of pot to make sure it is dry enough before watering. Looking or checking just the surface could be misleading. In winter, many succulents need less water and especially if in cooler locations. Your last plant needs to get rejuvenated to make sure of correct ID - there are few plants that look alike and could be more difficult to ID unless in better condition.

debodun I understand...but if you want to grow succulents successfully, most require at least 6hrs/day (more is better) of very good light, most of it being sun. If not possible to supply that, consider either supplemental lighting, or grow succulents that do well in less sunlight. 2 very common are haworthias and sansevierias. I am sure there are some more. They still need light, but not as much/strong as most succulents. I have few Sansevierias, and they are kept on shelves on the wall 90deg. to the window, so it is quite low light they get. Other (vast majority) of my succulents are under lights. Lights are on a timer for 12hrs on, 12hrs off. This is my winter set-up, since as soon as possible in the spring, I take them outside, where they stay until late fall. Is that land behind your house belonging to your neighbour? How about the strip right next to the house? Does it get any sunlight?
