Please, help with 'night blooming jasmine plant'

Does anyone know the best method to over winter this plant?

I have a few choices and even wonder if they can handle very cold temps to slow it down like many of my other tropical plants.

I don't think I get enough sun inside for them, they are prone to mites, and leaves fall off if not grown in lots of sunlight which is rare here in winter.

I have three choices.

Grow in my my cooler sunporch with over head lights and fans.

Grow in my greenhouse with humidity and cold temps always above the mid thrities.

Grow it in my room upstairs which gets very warm and is bright and sunny but I dont' want to deal with bugs.

This thing is over 4 feet tall and flowering like crazy right now outside.

I love this plant and I want it to thrive.

Please help

Mike
