Trying to run a garden hose from gravity fed water retention tank.

I have installed two 800 gallon rainwater retention tanks (cisterns) in my yard. They are gravity fed, sitting on the ground, and don't produce enough pressure to use a garden hose held in hand. Questions:

1. Is there a pump I can put inline to increase pressure that DOES NOT use electricity? OR an inexpensive solar sytem or solar pump that would create enough flow to garden hose.

2. How can I use a tank(s) for irrigation without electricity to run a pump?

Thanks ahead. I've looked at so much stuff but nothing ever fully answers my questions...either that or I'm looking in all the wrong places...or don't understand what the heck I'm trying to do.
