Any Tools to Help Break Up Peat Moss That Clumps?

Peat moss that is kept in storage tends to form clumps or even very large bricks of dried material. What is the easiest way to break it down into a powder, quickly? I could of course just dump it into a huge container and rehydrate it. By the next day, it would be easier to work with. But what if I want immediate results? Does anyone make a grinder that takes a gallon of material and then runs the chunks through any kind of burr? A coffee grinder is way too small to do the job effectively.
