Is phytophthora a concern in bog gardens?

I have a very large boggy section in my yard(50x50ft) and right now I am in the process of trying to establish a bog garden out of it. I planted some plants recently such as salix koriyanagi 'rubykins', petasites japonicus, acorus gramineus, ostrich ferns, and rodgersia podophylla. These are all wet, boggy soil tolerant but when it comes to the fungus phytophthora would it be a concern? I always thought it was typical non bog plants grown in overly wet soil that get the disease. There is rarely any standing water in the area but is constantly wet. If its on the week it rained it my feet will start to sink upon walking on it.
