Will a bougainvillea do okay here? Part sun?

I just moved to the Las Vegas area- zone 9a and I’m excited to start gardening at my new house. I’ve always wanted a beautiful bougainvilla, and since the front of my house lacks architectural detail, I’d like to plant it there. I’m also planning on putting in a pool in the back, so I’m not sure I would want it in the back. House faces east which I know isnt ideal. The front door receives morning sun and then is shaded. Even in the shade there is lots of reflected light (and heat) so its not like its deep shade.

Will a bougainvilla do okay there? Will it flower? I plan on going with one of the common red/pinks (san diego? or barbara something). If it is too shaded by the front door, would it do better on the left side of the garage, it gets a bit more sun there.

Afternoon, maybe 1 pm in the summer

Some time in the am. As you can see the front door sits back
