I ordered one plant from Jungs, a nursery I'd never ordinarily order from, and I requested an April delivery date. The plant arrived last week. I was livid and called Customer Service to complain. I told them I had been ordering plants for over 30 years and had never had a delivery date request ignored. How did they even know I would be here to receive the plant? And why didn't they have the courtesy to tell me they couldn't honor the request and would send it on their own schedule? I added that this was just one of the reasons why they have such a terrible reputation. I'll never order anything from them again.

Wow! Looks like you got yourself a "mother" bulb there..when you take it out of the bag take another shot of it for us please..makes me want to buy another one!! Can you tell us about how big it actually is? Donna

Mine are all potted, and I did NOT get Mariska, I thought it was in the box because I didn't see "sold out" on my slip. Oh well, I'll have to check elsewhere. I guess I am on a sort of pastel kick, I'm always searching for that perfect pink. Last year it was all about purples. Laurel, great! I could not grow Starship Enterprise. I had it for years and years in a prime spot- it bloomed once, with two flowers, then promptly died. Rhinelander is really nice and the foliage stays upright and clean looking; It bloomed well in its first year, but did not bloom at all in year two, so it went to the Iris Society. I have so many orchid colored irises I needed its spot for a new one. Conjuration and Lady Friend are great irises. I think you made excellent choices. I hope Starship Enterprise does well for you- it is such an exquisite flower.
