Comments (3)There are far less toxic methods...........and it can depend what is clogged and how much. Often, a plumber with a snake is best for a bath tub. Failing that? A plunger.....OR Pour half a cup of baking soda down the drain, then half a cup of vinegar. Immediately plug up the drain with the rag, and allow the concoction to bubble and dissolve through the clog. After about an hour, pour down a pot of boiling water, followed by more hot water from the tap. https://www.thespruce.com/how-to-unclog-a-drain-2718779...See Moredelete outdated
Comments (8)yea its 'steam boiler', plumber said it makes steam, so i guess it's 'steam boiler', that uses gas + water + heat to produce the 'steam' dont know when was brass pipes invented? brass pipes you can get at home depot etc cos these pipes were 'cast iron' and seems like end of the pipe connected to water tank/heater got rusty i dont know why this old house used 'cast iron' pipes if it can cause this kind of problem seems like it would've been prevented if it was brass pipes connected to water heater/tank instead doesnt seem like brass pipe would be a new invention, dont know why 'cast iron' would be used, and nobody ever updated the materials used in this house over time.......See Moredelete outdated
Comments (6)The finishes and surfaces within your home dictate the products . To ensure lasting finishes and their original beauty. You can use dish soap on a counter top if you like rinsing that top, but I'd not recommend it for your dining table or wood floors. Thus it shall depend what you are cleaning. Or disinfecting.. Or not. It will also depend how environmentally "friendly" you'd like to be. Vinegar, baking soda and water will clean quite a bit. A drop of Blue Dawn dish liquid in abundant water will make windows sparkle. Got google? Use it....See Moredelete outdated
Comments (4)Same place as your cleaning question. Google or Houzz search images of living rooms you like. Post YOUR house in pictures in the comments section on this thread. What you can't do, is post extremely vague questions, with no information and expect any concrete help, or answers. "Average" is what? What is the room, what are the dimensions, do you have furniture now? What is that ? Do you want to keep it, get rid of it, Or you have none. How much can you spend? That's the way to get help, as there are no mind readers here....See Moremtvhike
