Backsplash ending at a corner? Help
Comments (5)I think I read this wrong the first time? You are not asking whether or not to tile the 90 degree corner wall, you are asking actually how to finish the tile in the corner? We had one corner where backsplash met wooden pantry wall, we just ended it with tile, and then caulked, not grouted the end....See MoreEnding Backsplash - what kind of bullnose

Comments (4)1. I would NOT end it where the upper cabinet ends. Defintely has to go to the end of the wall from the first pictures view. I'd probably also do it all about an inch above the bottom of the upper cabinets. Options 2 or 3 are the tough one. Part of me says wrap it around but the light switch definitely causes a littl of an issue where to stop it. My vote, based on this pic I found, is not to wrap it around. Comments (8)I am going to assume you knew this was going to happen all along! Why didn't you plan to move, remove or resize the window? I think at this point I would go beyond the window and counters by whatever amount will make it look intentional, and bring it down to the floor. You will need bull-nosed version of your tile or a matching pencil/liner tile to have a proper finished edge from ceiling to floor. Hard to say without seeing what is beyond the window....See MoreFori
