Tips to promote fruiting

I've got a Blue Java banana that is about 3 years old that hasn't produced any bananas yet and was wondering if there were any tips y'all had to promote fruiting. We had a mild winter this past year so it didn't die back to the ground, so I was optimistic that it might fruit this year, but hasn't as of yet. It appears very healthy and without putting a tape measure to it, I'm guessing the tallest plant is around '14-'16 feet tall. There are about 9-10 stalks/plants. Other than the occasional Miracle-Gro watering I haven't fertilized it. We've gotten a lot of rain so far this summer and it appears to be thriving from that. Again, it looks great, but I would love it to produce fruit at some point. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Jeff
