Red Japanese Maple seedlings

Hi all!

Unfortunately I can't make the swap again this year, but I wanted to volunteer a lot of red, Japanese maple seedlings. Since I have about 92 JMs, and standing in my front yard looking panoramically (I made that word up) I can count 20 planted on just the front of the house, I have no idea what variety they are.

That said, I'd meet someone if they thought they could care for one or a few of these little lovelies!

I'm outside of Bowie (MD) if you're up for a meet.

Hiya....I just saw this posting from you, from a month ago? Sorry you can't come to the swap again this year. Would you happen to have any Japanese maple seedlings left over? I could meet you at your place or somewhere else in between Bowie and Baltimore. Let me know.

Hi, Bonnie! I still have quite a few. Given I have 20 to 30 red JMs, I can't tell you about their future height, but I can tell you under or near which maple was closest. You might not care, tho. But yes, I have more available. They seem to pop up every day. I work at the Chili's in Bowie, right @ 50/301. Is there a day better for you? I'll pot them the night before, when it;s not pouring!

If you are interested in pond plants including dwarf let me know. Not really bonsai but a dwarf umbrella or papyrus plant make excellent accent or tub garden plants.

Any one interested in trading for Japanese maple seedlings? i have some smaller ones, in the 5-6" range and some larger ones in the 12-18" range. The 5-6" ones were started in March - the 12-18" were started last Dec. as seen in the earlier photos. Its like kids growing up. Looking for gallon plastic pots, 1/8 gallon grow bags, or square quart pots, dissectum seeds or seedlings, ficus seedlings, jade seedlings.

Bonnie, I dropped the ball on this last year.

This year I have more red JMs, and actually, burgundy ornamental peach trees, too. A regular peach tree about 2' tall. An unexpected gift from composting in place!

I now work at Famous Dave's in Columbia and could dig things up for you if you were still interested?

I know I'm a year late and maybe a dollar short...
