Bella Cera Oak flooring? Anyone heard of it?
Comments (121)My husband and I put Bella Cera Monza french oak flooring (color Adriana) in our home about a year before we decided to sell. We loved it because it was the only engineered flooring I could find that actually looks like authentic traditional wide plank solid hard wood. There's no sheen to give it away. In fact a RE agent who sees tons of homes asked if it was solid wood and our installer who does tons of floors said he wanted it for his home. We got lots of compliments. We love it so much that we plan to put it in our new home that we're currently building....See MoreAny experience with BellaCera hardwood flooring and/or hickory wood?
Comments (12)I have hickory floors, but I went with an engineered wood by Hallmark floors. We got a handscraped, distressed look. I have three active boys and my floors are also in my kitchen. We've had it a year and the floors look great. I really like the character in the hickory and it seems to take abuse. We live in a harsh climate and I haven't seen any damage at the entries or after one of the boys drops something heavy (and that happens, a lot). We talked to a lot of flooring professionals...I think we went to every floor dealer in a 30 mile radius....when debating whether to go with engineered or solid. One of the more reputable dealers said they no longer did solid hickory in wider planks because of a lack of stability. She said hickory was especially prone to this. I am not sure what she meant by lack of stability (cupping, maybe?), but it might be something to ask about....See MoreThoughts on Earthwerks engineered hardwood or Bella Cera laminate?
Comments (0)Hello everyone, we are looking into purchasing about 1500 sq ft of engineered wood by Earthwerk's Frontier Collection and 1500 sq ft of Bella Cera Palermo Collection laminate flooring. We love the look and the quality seems to be good on both of them, but based on research, looks of the samples provided is not nearly enough to go on to determine the products' quality and durability. I'm a little concerned that I cannot find any useful information on either of these two products that will give me any sense of confidence to move forward. Does anyone have any experience or thoughts on these two flooring products? Any help would be appreciated!...See MoreBella Cera Villa Borghese in Ludovico in stock?
