Here's a suggestion since you seem persistently bound and determined to bring about your moniker's demise: go to Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail or wherever and create a TEMPORARY new email address. Use that email address to create a new user profile. Once created, you can then change the email address via your profile page back to your old one if you prefer. If GW complains that that email address is in use, you may have to create yet another temporary email address to act as a placeholder for your old user name. Good Luck. GW seems glitch-y these days. (Keep the alternate email address to use when you want some measure of anonymity on the Web or to avoid possible Spam sign-up.) New Year = New Name??? : D

DW was the kindest, most gentle and friendly person ever to exist on this forum. Her uncanny ability to ferret out information with search engines will never be equaled. She lacked the confidence to give information from knowledge, but she could sure point the way with research. Though I don't like to, I can remember the times that the jackals of the forum picked on her and belittled her. She said nothing in defense and never spoke outwardly of the pain/embarrassment it certainly caused. However, her e-mails spoke to the contrary. She drew promises from we her "friends" never to take cause to defend her. She was all lady and a real fine person. I still miss her. For those of you who did not know her you unfortunately missed a chance to associate with what my dad called a "winner". DA

Houzz has made ALL of our PRIVATE user names display from certain devices. I have noticed it from an iPhone and iPad using safari as the web browser. This is a HUGE privacy issue and a total violation of privacy. By making this post on Sunday, you made them aware 4 days ago. Houzz, this needs to be fixed immediately!!!!! EVERYONE has been affected! Everyone's private username is displayed when viewing from iPhones and iPads!
