Comments (7)There is a very similar Artemisia, Artemisia stelleriana, and in the OP's picture it is not completely clear whether it is Senecio or Artemisia since there's no scale shown nor stems visible. But Senecio cineraria is the most likely, based on how common it is. It's a true perennial hailing from the Mediterranean region but it doesn't like winter cold or winter wet.
