That is a common thing on new built homes but I find it much too busy in most cases. I'd paint the body the color you used on the garage door and the trim a few shades lighter.

I might leave the siding paint the same color taupe with the off white trim, but change out the shutter and front door color to a deep forest green. It will give it a bit more punch. Alternatively, a deep marine blue would be nice too. Some inspiration:

If your lot permits you to turn the basement more east than southeast, consider doing that. Alternately, consider adding a concrete block retaining wall on the east side to expose eight or more feet of the east side of the house to add a sliding glass patio door to enable the morning sunlight to enter the basement. Like the blue and white idea. Instead of a hip roof on the left and right side, you might consider left and right gable ends -- more headroom in your attic and potential for better insulation and air flow options.

You have room for shutters, but do them correctly. Each shutter should be half the window's width so they could close if they were real. Change the Victorian style door to something more countrified. Do you have any exterior lighting? Lantern lights 1/3 of the door's height are needed. Focus on a landscaping plan for installation next spring. I don't mind the railing and posts, although some posts seem a bit small and, if they were symmetrically placed, you'd fix some of the imbalance issues. Here's a pretty color for them and the shutters. It will work with your brick and roof too. If you can source that brick, I'd want a wide walk straight to the street from the steps.
