I can only speak from personal experience, but I've been very satisfied with them so far (3 orders in the past 2 years). In fact this Spring I was blown away by the size and vigour of the daylily collection & Korean Reed ornamental grass I ordered from them - one daylily even came with a bud on it which has bloomed non-stop since. Last year I ordered a Parfum de l'Hay rose which has been growing very well, it came back with no winter kill. So I would not hesitate to order from them again.

New Hampshire Hosta, Rob's Lakeside Hosta and Casita Azul(http://www.ilovehostas.net/index.html) I've gotten plants from all three and they are all great to deal with decent size and decent price. They are all reputable too. NH Hosta has a great variety, they have even more at their greenhouse than their website(if you are close enough to check it out) they also have nice gardens, that is where I saw Olive branch and now it is at the top of my list. They also have a lot of smaller ones there. Does Rob have a website? I knew he was trying to get one started but is it up and running? But he has a lot and they are really nice plants.

Hi Bob, I can heartily recommend Seedhunt in California as the best source of unusual Salvia seeds. My S. involucrata occasionally sets a few seeds in the UK, but they often seem to hybridise, and the results have not been impressive. Just look at www.seedhunt.com for the list. There are several Turkish Salvias which are highly sought-after in the UK, in particular S. kronenbergii and S. hydrangea. S. bracteata is another. We have the occasional S. multicaulis and S. albimaculata available. I was given seed of the elusive S. hydrangea....but it was not even a Salvia!!! I have seen pictures of S. kronenbergii on the Turkish Van florasi site, and have written to them asking about the possible availability of seeds, but did not get an answer. It is not easy for Turkish Salvias to thrive in a British climate, but I have had good results with S. aucheri, S. pisidica (this is a beauty), and S. cyanescens. S. albimaculata flowered and was really great...then it died! I was able to collect a few strange-looking seeds. I would also be happy to obtain seeds of the rare Turkish species, and would happily trade any available seeds that I have. Regards, Robin.

CTS Airplants on Etsy is my go-to for ordering succulents online. He also offers the same items on Ebay - Coastaltill1. I cannot say enough great things about Andrew's Etsy shop. His prices are a little high but shipping is reasonable and you do get some insanely quality plants. I always feel like each plant was selected special just for me. I have had some customer service issues that they were fast to resolve. I received the wrong plant and he offered to send me the correct plant and keep the one that was incorrect, even though he took a hit for it. When he kept receiving the wrong plant from his grower to fulfill my order he personally drove down to the grower and picked the correct plant for me. I noticed Mountain Crest was mentioned above. They have a lovely Sedum and Sempervivum selection and their plants are quality but use caution when ordering. I have known of several instances, including an order I placed, where 1 or more items was not put in the box. When I contacted them they were very friendly and offered to refund me for the item. If a plant is out of stock when you place the order instead of emailing you and asking if you'd like something else or initially offering a refund, they will just send the shipment with no mention of the missing order. Personally I would rather replace the plant I wanted with something different than get a refund because if I want to order something else I would have to pay for the shipping again. IMO they are a little sneaky when it comes to that. -Erica
